Holbox is an amazing Island in the north of Yucatan peninsula. With only 1,200 people living there it´s paradise. Cars are not allowed in the Island, so we move around with golf carts and bicycles. Fishing is the main activity on the Island so expect awesome seafood and great vibes.

The final group came out to be 18 adventurers, so we had to make some changes in order to have the best time during this trip. 

Bamboo Life Travel does not include alcohol on any trip or activity unless its marked on the following itinerary.

SATURDAY 20 CANCUN - HOLBOX

• 12:00 AM - 1:30 PM Pick up at Cancun Intl Airport 
• Please try everyone to be on the same flight so we don´t have to wait
• We are going to have lunch in Holbox at 4:00, we will stop on the way to get some snacks. (not included)

SUNDAY 21 HOLBOX ISLAND

• 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Free time to explore the Island. There are some cool local stores selling mostly handmade typical art. All the locals are really friendly, we will guide you to where to go.
• 2:00 PM - Chill Out at Beach Club Las Hamacas
• 3:00 PM Lunch at the beach club 
• At the beach club you can rent: kayaks / stand up paddles / snorkel. 
• Alcoholic drinks are not included
• 7:30 PM Dinner at Restaurant Champulin or Peleones TO BE CONFIRMED

• NIGHTLIFE: Tribu Hostel bar that has live music, Nice place for some Sunday drinks with caribean vibes (Not included and optional)

MONDAY 22 HOLBOX 

• 8:00 10:00 AM Breakfast at the hotel
• 9:30 AM Golf karts take us to the main dock 
• 10:00 - 1:00 PM Boat ride to 3 iconic places in Holbox
• Bird Island (observatory of all the species)
• Beach of love (white sand and awesome walks)
• Natural waterhole next to the ocean (we can swim there)
• 2:00 -7:00 PM Free time in the island, free choice of lunch and activities. (not included)
• Activities you can do:

• Rent a bike and tour around the coast line
• Kayak

TUESDAY 23 HOLBOX - VALLADOLID - BACALAR 

A city over 450 years old filled with colonial buildings this is a must on our journey between Holbox and Bacalar.

WEDNESDAY 24 BACALAR   

Named also "the 7-color lagoon" this place is paradise; the water is as clear as it can get. Surrounded by waterholes this is the perfect spot for our second destination. 

• 10:00 AM We leave the houses to Bacalar Village 
• 10:30-12:00 AM Awesome Breakfast at Los Aluxes Restaurant

• IMPORTANT: Bring spare change of clothes for the firepit, we will have it at this awesome place near downtown. We rented 4 rooms so we can change there and take a quick shower.

• 12:30 PM Vans to the docks for our private party boats! Open bar and waiters on each boat. Please bring:
• Hats
• Sunscreen
• Bamboo Life Sunglasses
• Sandals
• Phone for awesome pictures
• Towels
• Windbreaker for the ride back and firepit
• Please do not bring anything else, we need all the space on the boats. Try to share backpacks.

• 2:00 - 3:00 PM We do some cool sightseeing and take a dip into awesome waterholes and some historic landmarks.
• 3:00 - 3:45 PM Deep blue waterhole surrounded by jungle, lets swim there.
• 4:00 PM Stop at white sandy shores next to small islands. 
• 4:30 - 5:30 PM Lunch time on white sandy shores
• 6:00 - Sunset We navigate to a special spot in the middle of nowhere and wait for the sunset with epic music. 
• We will have a waiter on each boat
• Fresh ceviche and shrimp cocktails will be served while you stand on white sand. 
• 7:30 PM Boats drop everyone at Hotel Casa Tortuga and we will have a Firepit ready with awesome music. We can change in private rooms and take a quick shower.
• 8:00 PM Dinner at Casa Tortuga
• Alcoholic drinks not included (bring cash, they dont accept credit cards)
• 10:30 PM Music and bar closes but trust us, you will be begging for your bed after this epic day!

THURSDAY 25 BACALAR

• 3:30 PM Back to the hotel to get a quick shower and change to ALL WHITE
• 4:00 PM Vans to downtown
• 4:30 - 7:00 PM Free time to explore downtown and have lunch (not included) 
• At the central plaza you can visit the fort and awesome local artisans work.
• 7:30 PM We meet at the Bacalar sign in the central park by the fort
• 8:00 - 10:30 PM Dinner at La Playita Restaurant 
• Dress Code: ALL WHITE (at least top part, use light colors on shorts)

• 12:00 PM Vans to Tulum 
• 1:00 PM Check in at your hotel
• Hotel A 14 people: Papaya Playa 
• 7 Rooms
• Hotel B 4 people: Nativus Tulum
• Only 2 rooms recommended for couples AND nature lovers 
• Free choice for Lunch
• 7:30 PM Vans pick everyone up at their hotels, please be ready and outside your Hotel. 
• 8:00 PM Dinner at Humo Tulum 
• Amazing restaurant with the best regional dishes

• 10:30 PM Party at the best club or bar that night (optional, not included)
• Everyone is free to come back to the hotels at the time they want, there are taxis everywhere just make sure to have cash on you. 

SATURDAY 27 TULUM

• 4:30 PM - SUNSET: Bar Ciel - Awesome place at the beach for sunset drinks and food. (to be confirmed, depends on the DJ´s, but we will take you to the best spot)
• Enjoy the last sunset all together.
• 7:30 PM Back to the hotels to get changed 
• 8:30 PM Last dinner free choice
• Recomendations: Be Tulum / Gitano 

• 11:00 PM - LATE : Final Party at Papaya Playa with live DJ and the best party in town. This is where our trip ends with you epic people
• We will be there with you to celebrate this amazing week.

SUNDAY 28 TULUM - CANCUN AIRPORT

• 8:00 - 10:00 AM Breakfast at Hotels 
• We will have 2 Vans leaving Tulum to Cancun Airport at different times depending on everyone´s flight.
• VAN A: LEAVES TULUM AT 11 AM @ Cancun Airport
• VAN B: LEAVES TULUM AT 12 PM @ Cancun Airport
• We will change the Van Departure dates when we have everyone´s flight information.
• If your flight is later or realy early please ask for a taxi on the lobby
